INCOME LEVEL FOR 2012 — AFTER MONTH ONE — PERSON IN A NURSING HOME WHO DOES NOT HAVE A COMMUNITY SPOUSE

INCOME LEVEL FOR 2012 — AFTER MONTH ONE — PERSON IN A NURSING HOME WHO DOES HAVE A COMMUNITY SPOUSE
