ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Nancy E. Kline received her undergraduate degree from Yale University, and her law degree from Boston University, where she was the Publications Editor of the Probate Law Journal.  She is an attorney with the law firm Coughlin & Gerhart, L.L.P. in Binghamton, New York.  Her practice focuses on the area of Elder Law, which includes Wills, Trusts, Estates, Estate Planning, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Proxies and advising people about paying for nursing home care.  She is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Broome County Bar Association.  She is the author of Medicaid Financial Eligibility Rules for Nursing Home Care in New York State, which was published by the Broome County Bar Association in 2011.
