Nancy E. Kline is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. She received her undergraduate degree from Yale University, and her law degree from Boston University, where she was the Publications Editor of the Probate Law Journal. She is an attorney with the law firm Coughlin & Gerhart, LLP, in Binghamton, New York. Her practice focuses on the areas of Elder Law and Trusts & Estates. She prepares and files Medicaid applications for clients who need nursing home care or home health aides. She also prepares Wills, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Proxies and Trusts for clients. People often come to her for answers to questions such as: How do I protect my assets? Do I need a living trust? Should I give my house to my kids? Should I do something to avoid Probate? She is a member of the Broome County Bar Association. She also is a member of the New York State Bar Association (Elder Law & Special Needs Section and Trusts & Estates Section).
